Ouch!

I'm sure you all know that Mark had surgery a little over a week ago. He showed us the wound the other night. Yikes! Check out the pictures below...but beware, they are a little gross!

His hand is still a little swollen and colorful. But he started therapy (which he says is very painful) and hopefully he will start to get more movement in his fingers soon. Yesterday he was happy that he could touch his thumb and his pinky finger together(with a lot of effort). He said he thought he might be able to start playing basketball again next week. Ha Ha.

So many powerful testimonies, such a spiritual feast. "Have [I] seen the hand of the Lord in [my] life today?", do I choose the best, am I seeking santification?

One thing I know, all the mothers in our family are "Mothers who Know!" and all the fathers know too!

my middle name is Matthew, and I'm glad to be home

These were taken yesterday after we brought Marci and Wesley home from the hospital. The kids just love to hold their little brother! Although Sophie is beginning to feel the impact of having her baby status revoked, she is still such a sweetheart. The first time she saw him in the hospital, she put her arms around him and said, "I wuv him."
