Here is some general info about the apartments that we thought would be helpful as everyone is packing/planning…
There are two different apartment layouts – a two bedroom and a three bedroom. We’ve tried to make some initial room assignments taking family size into account. All of our apartments are in the same stairwell…
95 Suzy & Joe (2-bedroom) 96 Mark & Maria (3-bedroom)
93 Mom & Dad (2-bedroom) 94 Mike & Marci (3-bedroom)
91 open for use (2-bedroom) 92 Zach & Sandy (3-bedroom)
2-bedroom apartments: one room with bunk-beds, one room with a single bed
3-bedroom apartments: one room with bunk-beds, two rooms with a single bed
As you can tell, we’ve booked one extra room #91. Anyone can sleep in those three extra beds.
There is a long couch in each apartment living room that can also be used for sleeping.
Unfortunately, there are NO double beds.
All of the beds have sheets, blanket, and a pillow, but you’ll need to bring bedding for additional sleeping needs.
One towel per bed-space is provided.
Kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, some pots, pans, knives etc) are also provided. The apartments each have a fridge, oven, microwave, and kitchen table. (Also dish soap and rags).
The rooms are supposed to have TVs by next week; no VCR/DVD, however
Because we’ll all want to hang out after little ones are in bed, don’t forget your baby monitors.

Yeah, you answered one of the questions we had this weekend! The rooms sound awesome! Thanks so much for figuring it all out and doing everything for it! WE CAN'T WAIT! And, is there a place for us to have our lip-sync? (p.s. every family including adults are to participate:)
YES! We have total access to the Wyview Multi-Purpose building. We can do whatever big group activities/meals we need to there.
This sounds great. Thanks guys, we can't wait either!
